Well I start work today. The first 5 weeks is training, and I work 11am-8pm. After the 5 weeks, I start my regular schedule, which is 4pm-1am.
This will be the first time I've had a normal job - where I pack a lunch and drive to a different location - in almost two years. Weeeeeird. I'm just thankful to be gone from where I was!
Wish me luck.

Hey Congrats. Look forward to hearing work stories now...
well one of the funny things was this is the office where m dad use to work so he knows all the people I'll encounter (the trainers, supervisers, bosses etc., anyway), so he told me about them. One lady, Shelly, he said "she's kinda a twit but really nice". So was like "Got it. Shelly the Twit." So naturally when she was introduced today I had the hardest time keeping a straight face, because all I could think was "Ah yes, you're Shelly the Twit!" Terrible.
PS. More info on the job on my site - no time to write it twice, gotta go to bed!
