so today, i got outta work at 2 and was going to go up to my new place to get my keys, take pics, and drop some things off. i sat around waiting for my landlord to call like he said he would. four hours later, i decided to call him. he doesn't answer. i wait a bit longer, still no answer. finally around 6:30 or 6:45, i get ahold of him.
oh, he's out of town.
great!
so he tells me to call his son who is handling everything. can't get ahold of the son.
wiat around til a little after 7 and say screw it and drive home.
i'm just about home and suddenly, there is a cop blocking my way and not letting anyone past. i couldn't tell why, but he felt the need to send me another 10 minutes out of my way...
yeah, it was an obnoxious day...
i hope i can move (somewhat) tomorrow.
at least i'm leaving for mexico...

yeah well I went running last night and a neighbor dog was happy to see me and jumped up on me and ATE my ipod shuffle!
...not really, but I was starting to think he had because there were, like, 7 of us out there with flashlights for 10 or 15 minutes looking, and I was about to give in to the fact that he ate it and leave... when we found it. *whew*.
since we're all pretty much relocating in the near future... can't we all relocate to the SAME PLACE?????
gotta say, hannah's idea sounds pretty dang tempting...
all of us together all the time... or at least until one of us kills mandie...
